How to ask

Send DELETE MY DATA to MamaHaki on WhatsApp from the number you used, or email privacy@mamahaki.co.ke from any address and include that phone number.

We confirm your request on WhatsApp before deleting anything, so no one else can delete your case.

What happens next

• We delete your chat messages and the details you gave us.
• We tell our providers to delete what they hold for you, including identity check records at Didit.
• We confirm on WhatsApp when it is done.

What we may have to keep

The law may require us or our partner law firm to keep some records for a set time, such as signed legal documents and payment records. If so, we keep only those records, we tell you which ones, and we delete them when that time ends.
