Your child is owed support. We help you claim it.
Chat with Amina on WhatsApp. She prepares your demand letter, agreement or court papers, and a licensed advocate checks and signs every one.
Our WhatsApp line opens soon. Until then, email hello@mamahaki.co.ke.
Haki ya mtoto si hisani. A child's right is not a favour.
How it works
-
Tell Amina what happened
In English, Swahili or Sheng, in about five minutes. She asks for names, your child's date of birth and how much is owed.
-
Pay with M-Pesa
You see the price before you pay. The payment request comes to your phone as a normal M-Pesa prompt.
-
An advocate checks and signs
A licensed advocate reads your document and asks you to fix anything that is wrong, then stamps and signs it.
-
Get it on WhatsApp
Your signed document arrives in the same chat, with clear steps for what to do next.
What we can prepare
- Demand letter
- A formal letter from an advocate asking the father to pay what he owes within 14 days.
- Parental Responsibility Agreement
- A written agreement on support and care that both parents approve. The father confirms his identity before he can approve it. For parents who are not married to each other.
- Court papers
- The papers you need to ask the Children's Court for a maintenance order, with steps for filing them.
Who does the legal work
MamaHaki is a technology service, not a law firm. Amina is an AI assistant: she collects your details and explains each step. Every legal document is reviewed, signed and issued by an advocate of the High Court of Kenya at our partner law firm.
Your information is used only for your case. Read how we handle it in our privacy policy.
